Impartiality policy
VERIFIT understands the potential influence that can be exerted on its staff when carrying out VVC functions and works to solve this issue entirely. Therefore, the following aspects are considered:
Conflict of Interest Management:
We conduct conformity assessments using established procedures and qualified personnel, which ensures that they are objective and evidence-based. The staff involved in the evaluation follow our Code of Conduct and, for each specific activity, each team member signs a statement confirming that they have no conflict of interest that compromises their impartiality in that activity.
Complaints, Disputes or Appeals
The Verifit P-03_Complaints, Disputes, and Appeals procedure describes the process for formalizing and handling complaints, disputes, and appeals from clients undergoing or already evaluated, or from other interested parties.
Our Certification Director, Mr. Sergio Cruz, sergio@verifit.com.br, is responsible for conducting the process.
